#237 Armal phix

Strictly, the armal family of creatures are collectively results of sudden biological mutations on the common house dog after an exposure to aether mist. Although the biological change is minimal, the extreme difference in temperament and behavior has earned the armals their own classification. The phix mutation often results in a disproportionate growth of long hair from the joints and a painful extension of the skull. Armal phix are terribly aggressive and will attack anything that moves, regardless of whether it is threatening or could be eaten. The armal phix is a menace to many cities due to their quick reproduction cycle and ability to prey on small city animals for survival. If you see an armal phix anywhere near city limits, you should immediately report it to the authorities.
