The telusiv is a predatory creature that often lives in the desert, but has been spotted in many other environments. Telusivs have a long, snake-like body and, although they spend most of their life on the ground, they are able to briefly swim through the air if necessary, enabling telusivs to move rapidly from one place to another. Its diet consists primarily of small rodents, insects, and other animals. Telusivs often travel in family packs, where the strongest will typically hunt and bring back large quantities of food for the others in the traveling "nest". Telusivs can also spit a paralyzing venom at prey or enemies, but this has a limited range, so they usually save it for special occasions.
